Due to the nature of horses, wear and tear is normal and to be expected. If there is an issue with your purchase, please reach out and I'll do my best to make it right, but there will be no replacements or refunds.
Discount codes cannot be applied to past orders.
Custom and bulk orders are welcome, with 100% payment upfront. If you have a print idea you'd like to see, let me know!
If letter/untracked mail is chosen at checkout, I, Prairie Heart Boutique, am not responsible should the package get lost or stolen. There will be no refunds or replacements for undelivered mail.
Local pickup is an option in Lethbridge and Raymond, Ab.
If there happens to be an issue with your order, please let me know within 48 hours and we'll get it corrected.
